It is a natural oasis in the heart of the city. This is a place of festivals, resting from worries, fun. The place is a bit like well-groomed valley in Switzerland. Many flowers and trees, harmony and beauty. There are points of sale of sweets and even attractions for children and adults. However, the park is not very suitable for a relaxing walk away from human eyes, because the place is very crowded. During the day there are a lot of young mothers with prams and strollers with children. In the evening there is full of young people. Tourists should go to this park, if they want to have fun.
The park is named after the person who made a lot for the city - Jean Emmanuel Zhiliber. April 8, 1775 a famous French scholar laid Grodno Botanical Garden, the site of which is now a city park. You will find a statue of this man on the center of the park.
