The Building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Mykhailivska square in Kyiv appeared in 1938. An ancient Church of Three Saints was here earlier.
This building was erected by the builders of communism as an another monument on the day of liberation of Kyiv from German fascist invaders. The flag of the USSR raised exactly over the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Now this building is a state institute of Executive power of Ukraine. Despite this, it’s always possible to see tourists near the unusual house with columns.
