City Defensive Walls
Lesser Poland Voivodeship
Monday - Sunday: 10:30 - 18:00
Officially, Krakow's City Defensive Walls - it is a small, seasonal museum. It's open only in summer season (April - October). You can't be sure that imformance of this museum is great or not exactly for you, it depends. But basically, visiting it gives you a chance to climb at what's left of Krakow's 13th century defensive walls.
Some mannequins in medieval dress and a walk through the wall between the two remaining towers. That's all about this museum. And of course a lots of information about all these towers demolished by the Austrians in the 18th century.
Enjoy views and great photo opportunities over Florianska Street.
A big advantage of visiting City Defensive Walls - is that ticket valid both for Walls and Barbican (which is much more interesting).
