This building was finally erected after WWII and was opened in 1959, the first permanent circus facility in the USSR. Today you can not only watch circus performances inside, but you can also enjoy the bright and colourful exteriors and take photos with the cheerful sculptures out front.

- It is the only circus in the world located in the center of the capital on main street.
